All four worlds
Checked 14 October 2026. Official directions, not a fan renaming. Combined regions open after gold rooms.
What I checked
I used the 23 September Explore the Realm note as the map key, then checked the 8 October launch note for the west rename. The two notes disagree on the west name because the second one changed it.

The four directions
North: The Hearty Heroes of Hauling, a moving crew with warrior, thief, wizard, bard, cleric, and druid tools. The world is based on Jonah Ostroff's Heroes of Sokoban trilogy. East: The Mirror Isles, where a wealthy trader uses magic mirrors. West: Vault of the Beamcasters, a solitary explorer and giant gems. South: Skipping Stones to Lonely Homes, a marooned sailor, rivers, thrown stones, and lily pads.
The center is the Overworld. You can leave and return. The PlayStation Blog says combined boards appear after several hours and can ask you to swap characters across worlds.
After the gold rooms
Clearing a gold room bridges two worlds. The September note describes six dual-combination regions. Steam's highlighted names are Gold HxM, Gold HxS, Gold HxB, Gold MxS, Gold MxB and Gold SxB.
Heroes and Water and Heroes and Mirrors are crossover regions, not additional base worlds. Torc and Heroes and Lights do not have a verified official area scope and are not published as separate guides. The coordinate directory retains the community IDs without inventing a new world hierarchy.
